Hello! Welcome to Olde Rustic Prims!!! I have just about any color and length of beautiful, handwashed sheep and alpaca wool as well as mohair fiber for all your Primitive doll hair needs! Please take a look! There is NO VEGETABLE MATTER in my wool because I meticulously hand wash it one small batch at a time. It is a very time consuming job, but the results are well worth it! I use a special soap that leaves the wool super soft with a beautiful shine and a great scent!

SILVER/GRAY RAW WOOL FOR PRIMITIVE DOLL HAIR---1 1/2 full oz.
This fabulous fleece is actually three shades of gray (silver, medium gray, and dark gray)! It is absolutely outstanding! It is approximately 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 inches long with a nice curl and very soft, silky fibers. This wool is PERFECT for your primitive witch's, Santa's, and older-looking dolls! There is a tiny bit of vegetable matter in this wool even though I meticulously hand washed it one small batch at a time. (Because the wool is so very fine, the small pieces of grass want to stay where they're at, but they will be easy to dislodge with a good shake or two.) SNICKERS---RAW WOOL FOR PRIMITIVE DOLL HAIR
This wool is so extremely cool! It reminds me of the colors in a Snickers candy bar---black and chocolate brown with caramel colored ends! Part of this wool is very "stringy" and other parts are fluffy and almost straight.
